They grew up in some of the most beautiful and well-known areas of Italy.

Anna is proud to be from the Amalfi coast , where pizza margherita and tomato pasta are eaten every day and at any hour, where walking through the alleys you can smell fresh fried
fish and lemons.

Davide grew up in Rome, the eternal city with centuries of history, every area of the city is an open-air museum, where walking through the ancient Roman streets you can stop and savor the most famous classic pasta dishes: Carbonara, Amatriciana, Gricia and Cacio&Pepe are some examples

But what Anna and Davide have in common, in addition to the beautiful 9-year-old Emma, is the passion for pasta and the desire to face a new overseas adventure and discover the great American dream.

Pasta is never lacking, it is what unites in Italy, brings whole families together, makes you rediscover the pleasure of wanting to be together.

It’s this warmth, this family feeling that they decided to bring here to Connecticut!

In addition to letting you taste the real Italian flavors, they want to make you live the experience of sitting together at the table, gathering the family in front of a nice plate of pasta.

Their adventure began at Lake Como, they began to understand the world of pasta, from the use of doughs, the operation of machines, the search for the best raw material.

Anna also won an award as “best emerging Pastaio”, you are in good hands in short!

Among various researches they realized that durum wheat semolina from northern Italy was the best possible product to produce their pasta and to make it healthy and good.

Our restaurant can accommodate up to 2500 guests, with a total area of ​​over 10,000 m2, including 7 luxurious parties, a special food court with open space. Along with modern equipment, professional management team, chefs have many years of experience in the culinary field.
